Baked BBQ Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2003
YUMMY!!! I scaled down the recipe and bought 1 and a half lbs of tenders as someone else suggested. I cut the flour mixture in half and it could have been cut down even more. I also cut down the egg mixture and used one egg. I used honey garlic BBQ SAUCE. They were so good!! I put them under the broiler for a bit cause my hubby likes em crispy. I think I will buy a deep fat fryer for them to come out perfect. I served with down home mac and cheese also off this site and corn. Very good recipe! THANKS!!!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2003
Well now I see why this recipe is in the hall of fame!!! It tasted like something I'd order at a restaurant. I am still a beginner cook and found this to be so easy to make. I also used chicken tenderloins as someone else suggested. I couldn't find golden mushroom soup so I used cream of mushroom. I covered the chicken with aluminum foil for half of the cooking time. I might double the sauce next time if I am cooking for more than just the two of us. My husband said this ones a keeper! Try this if you haven't yet, you will be pleased!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2003
Wow! This mac and cheese was really good! It is not your traditional mac and cheese but it is amazing! I didn't think this lacked flavor at all like some others said. I used only half of an onion, a little extra garlic and about 6 slices of bacon. I also used a blend of different cheeses. This was VERY good! My hubby and I both loved it!!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2003
I thought these ribs had a wonderful flavor! They fell right off the bone. I just loved them. My husband prefers a more crispy rib so I tried sticking them under the broiler for a bit but did not come out as good as they would on the grill.

Baked Chicken and Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2002
I agree with the other reviewers that the sodium could be cut down on this one.And maybe add more cheese or a mixture of cheeses. I used pepperidge farm stuffing and had more than enough. I may mix it with a little more broth next time to make it more moist. This is definitly a great comfort food recipe!!
