Awesome Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 16, 2004
This pasta salad is really good!!! I left out the tomatoes and used good seasons italian. It made enough for an army and there is just two of us! We had no problem finishing it up ourselves in a few days! This is very simple to make and has a great taste. I would bring this to a get together this summer!!

YUMMY! I am still a beginner cook and was very pleased at how simple this recipe was and had such a fantastic flavor!! My hubby loved it! He ate his on sub rolls and I had mine over rice. I think I prefer it over rice because of the yummy sauce. This is a keeper!!!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2003
Wow! This mac and cheese was really good! It is not your traditional mac and cheese but it is amazing! I didn't think this lacked flavor at all like some others said. I used only half of an onion, a little extra garlic and about 6 slices of bacon. I also used a blend of different cheeses. This was VERY good! My hubby and I both loved it!!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2003
Well now I see why this recipe is in the hall of fame!!! It tasted like something I'd order at a restaurant. I am still a beginner cook and found this to be so easy to make. I also used chicken tenderloins as someone else suggested. I couldn't find golden mushroom soup so I used cream of mushroom. I covered the chicken with aluminum foil for half of the cooking time. I might double the sauce next time if I am cooking for more than just the two of us. My husband said this ones a keeper! Try this if you haven't yet, you will be pleased!

These were very fun to make. It was my first time ever making dough. I used pizza blend cheese instead of just cheddar. Next time I will definitly double the filling there was not nearly enough. I will make these again with that change!

Baked BBQ Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2003
YUMMY!!! I scaled down the recipe and bought 1 and a half lbs of tenders as someone else suggested. I cut the flour mixture in half and it could have been cut down even more. I also cut down the egg mixture and used one egg. I used honey garlic BBQ SAUCE. They were so good!! I put them under the broiler for a bit cause my hubby likes em crispy. I think I will buy a deep fat fryer for them to come out perfect. I served with down home mac and cheese also off this site and corn. Very good recipe! THANKS!!!
