Banana Crumb Muffins

Made these for a Sunday brunch with friends. Wow! These muffins were delicious AND easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly but added 2/3 cup of chopped walnuts since banana nut muffins are my boyfriend's favorite. Will definitely make again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Holy Moley, this is sooo good! Made this for Super Bowl Sunday and made it again two days later. I too substituted the mayo for sour cream. I would not change a single thing about this recipe. This is seriously the best spinach artichoke dip I've had.
