Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: May 8, 2007
These are great Sweet Potato's for the holidays. I have even used mini pumpkins as baking dish and stuffed them with this recipe for little individual sevings or used a large pumpkin as the baking dish for a little extra effect!

Italian Sausage Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 8, 2007
These are great! If there is any stuffing left over I heat in a cassarole dish and serve with crackers or even skip stuffing mushrooms all together and use as a hot dip. It is always a hit!!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2006
This is a perfect stew recipe! I did as the other reviewers and used beef broth instead of just water. I used yukon gold potatoes and added mushrooms. I dind't need to add the water/flour mixture at the end, it was thick enough without it. It came out perfect and will become the only beef stew recipe I will use. You can add any veggies you like to change it up a little.

Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2006
I made individual bakes bries. I bought the already made mini puffed pastry shells (freezer section), put about a Tablespoon of brie in each, then topped with about 1 teaspoon of the onion mixture and one piece of roasted garlic on each, baked them on a cookie sheet for about 6 minutes at 350. I bought a jar of the already peeled garlic, tossed them in a little olive oil and a pinch of salt then roasted them in a foil pocket at 400 for 20 minutes

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 7, 2005
I make these mushrooms for get-togethers and they are a BIG hit with my family! I have a big family so I use white mushrooms and it makes more. I usually double or triple the recipe and make them ahead of time so I have them ready to go in the oven and I can serve them hot.

This is the very best rice pudding I have ever had! It is so cream with just the perfect amount of everything! I always have to atleast double it, it goes to fast. My 18 years old daughter can never get enough. I do leave out the raisins, just because I am not a fan. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS RECIPE!

Loved it!! This is a real "feel good" soup! I did add a little more fresh chopped basil to the soup towards the end, as well as in the meatballs.

Batman's Best Caesar Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2002
It's a good start but I didn't like the taste with the anchovy paste (a little to fishy) so I left it out the second time and added a little salt. I also blended all the ingredents but the oil and then slowly added the olive oil down the funnel while blender is going. It seemed to separate when blended all at once. Also doing it this way I seemed to use a little less oil. Thanks for the recipe, I have been looking for a tasty caesar dressing!
