Ukrainian Apple Cake (Yabluchnyk)

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2015
Once again, esp to the person, who used water for eggs, coconut oil for the butter and more water to some strange flour concoction and then had the nerve to give the recipe 1 star.... If you don't use the recipe and the ingredients then don't rate the recipe, because you didn't use it!

Gelatin Spritz Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2014
why do people use the wrong ingredients, change every thing and then complain about the recipe? If you don't have the correct ingredients, make something else! Its not rocket science!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
If you had trouble rolling your meat into a loaf shape, pat out your hamburger on a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, then simply lift one end and roll up the meat and cheese, it won't stick to the paper or wrap and it is easy to handle.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
The frying of the chicken with the coating is a good idea, I used a mixture of 1/3 flour and 2/3 cornstarch for my coating, makes it crispier! Just thought I would pass that along. I also add in Chopped (large chop) peppers red green what have to and sweet onion chunks, and some times pineapple.

Chicken Hurry

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
This is my go to recipe when I am running late, in a hurry or just don't know what to do with chicken. I have no idea why anyone would think it was bland or boring. My family and on occasion company all love it, I serve it with steamed rice and a bright green vegetable.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
I found this recipe on here sometime ago and I make them allot! They stay nice and soft, if they last that long and everyone raves about them. It is also a great dough for Cinnamon buns, I always make this in my bread maker on the dough cycle.

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2011
My suggestions are to place the raw cut up potatoes in cold water for a few minutes to help remove excess starch. dry them off in an old t-towel. then do the rest like the recipe says. The other thing I do, is I use parchment paper on my cookie sheet, nothing sticks, and clean up is a breeze, you just toss the paper in the garbage!

I made this last week for a potluck supper in our 55+ park, it went over very well and the small amount of left overs went in one sitting. I will make this often. Thanks for the recipe!
