Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies

Very good! Simple, fast and tasty. I used 1/8th of a tsp less soda, as someone suggested to use a bit less and I found these to be crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside and just wonderful. A definite keeper.

Good recipe and great for a brunch! I use gran marnier or ameretto as extra flavor and top with sliced almonds- OR dip in Ganache #1!!! and yes, do a x cut on the tip-end, one cut doesnt do it.

lovely! I used nilla wafers for the lady fingers and fine ground decaf expresso in the cake instead of the kalua, used kalua in the crust. covered with the Ganache I recipe listed here and dusted with cocoa. AMAZING

awesome. i love this, so easy but tastes amazing. however it doesnt really like to be refrigerated and re-incarnated in a double boiler. Iwould make when you want to use it.

I really loved this!! Ok, i am a born fiddler so we did some different things, 4 eggs not 3, a few red pepper flakes and a bit of broccoli i had left over and some diced ham.. you know a cleaning out the fridge thing.. It was a HUGE hit! I also used bread crumbs on top, not crackers - you use what you have on hand.. but this will appear again and again!

Wonderful! I added more veggies(whole head of boc choy, mushrooms, snow peas, carrots) a can of chicken broth to accomodate all the veggies, another 1/2 can of lite coconut milk, and a tiny bit of red thai curry. I am SO happy to be able to have this at home!

Lemon Layer Cake

lemon curd was excellent, will definately use again. didnt care for the 7 min frosting, which was much more like 15 min and VERY marshmallow-y and didnt make the cake attractive.

I confess i only used the icing part of the recipe, but its YUMMY. the only changes i made was to toast the pecans in some butter before adding to the frosting.. and i just threw in the whole bag of coconut. YUM YUM!
