Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2013
I LOVE THESE COOKIES! I followed the recipe but took Naples suggestions to up the butter to 1 cup and to let the dough slightly harden. Plus I lowered the temp to 350 cooked for about 10-13 min. Depending on how large my cookies were. I had perfect fluffy moist delicious cookies in the end!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2012
Another fabulous recipe! I would only say it if I meant it. I eyeballed the measurements of the celery and potatoes and I did what another person suggested and used chicken broth (one caution with that if you use it even tho it might be low sodium broth it will be to salty if you completely substitute the water with it, if you already did it like I did just add in some milk and it fixes it without it being to runny, next time I will do half and half) but other than that it was so yummy! I added in half a can of corn and it topped it off for us! Definitely a recipe I will use again and again its so simple and great tasting!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
This is the most simple and delicious chicken Marsala recipe! I didn't have cooking sherry so I used white wine, besides that I followed the recipe to a t and its my favorite one that I have made now. (Of course the olive gardens is the best) but for a quick meal I have no complaints! Thank you for this recipe!

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
This recipe is good but with a few extras its amazing!!! I followed the directions but I used one can tuna one can chicken then I read some reviews and added some seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning and some pepper (an even layer of each over the casserole) and I added 1 finely chopped shallot (from another review) and french's fried onion, I mixed them inside and I put the rest on top. I used canned carrots, peas, and frozen corn (because that's what I had in the cabinet). I used shelled pasta instead of egg noodle as well. And I topped it with Cheddar and parmesan the last five min. IT WAS AMAZING!!! AND MY PICKY 4 YR. OLD LOVED IT! thank you for the reviews everyone they helped alot! This recipe is a keeper!!!
