My husband and I were very pleased with these biscuits! I actually made them in advance and refrigerated some of the dough for one day (8 biscuits) and froze the rest. The refrigerated ones cooked beautifully and tasted delicious! I'm trying some of the frozen ones tonight...I'm sure they'll be great too! To freeze them, I just dropped them on waxed paper coated with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Then wrap with plastic wrap and place in freezer for about 2 hours. After frozen, put biscuits in freezer storage bags and return to freezer. That way, you can make as many as you like! Thanks for a great recipe, Cookie!
