This recipe was great. I increased the amounts by using 2 cups water and 2 bullion cube, and a total of 2 cups milk. And it was still pretty thick. I could not find shredded American cheese, so I used shredded Colby/Jack. And I added a teaspoon of thyme. I will make this again.
