Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
This was very moist. I used four bananas; which I think now I could probably have used one more. But its all in your own taste. My husband ate 1/2 of the loaf! Thank goodness you have enough for two of them. I made one loaf with nuts and one without; just to see the difference; since I don't really care for nuts. I used pecans which I think complement the brown sugar. This is a must try!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
I made this is was very, very good! I did what some other people said and put the brown sugar on top of the meatloaf and then the ketcup on top; it was great! I didn't have enough ground beef so I subsistuted 1/2 pound of sage pork sauage. I thought that it added more flavor; next time I will use all just beef instead. Worth making again!

Mountain Apple Cobbler

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2012
I made this but I used three apples, empire apples, I think are the best. I peeled and sliced them with an apple slicer, I doubled my apple slices when I wrapped them, I think that one apple slice is not enough; but its your own preference. Plus I also used diet mountain dew, which I don't think it made a different; people ate so much; thank you for this simple and wonderful recipe! Will make it again!

Hungarian Noodle Side Dish

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I thought this came out rather good. I didn't have the hot sauce so I subbed in hot taco sauce. I used the oven at 350 for 30 mins; no crockpot needed.

Pork Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2012
Very good; but make sure that you know how to crimp the edges; I like them steamed; they need to lay in a single layer or else they stick together
