Yummy Artichoke Dip
This is a great recipe. The only thing I recommend is to double the amount of artichokes. Meaning at least 2 jars rough chopped so you get artichoke in every bite.

Creamy Hollandaise Sauce
First off I have to address the people who are saying they have a quicker way to do this. IE. Via putting everything in a blender. Please for the love of god do not do this. The point of the double boiler is to slowly cook the egg yolks so you do not get salmonella poisoning. Yes it is a bit more work, but please do not risk getting sick for doing more easily. That being said, this is a great recipe. Please remember the Hollandaise Sauce is supposed to be lemony. That is the kind of sauce it is. If you want a butter sauce, try going the mornay sauce route.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Fantastic. I did not need 12 servings so I halfed everything and it came out great. I also put everything in a crock pot after all the cooking in the pan. Let it go for about 3-4 hours and it made the meat so creamy. The only thing Ill do differently next time is double the hot pepper and Tabasco sauce. But that is just due to me being a spicy fanatic. :-) Love this recipe...
