Fresh Broccoli Salad
Very tasty but I would only do 1/2 or 1/4 onion next time. Also I only added 1/4 cup of sugar and it was just fine. I might even reduce it even more next time. All the other combined ingredients make this recipe sweet enough so I saw no need to add more sugar than necessary. Otherwise it was good and I will be making it again

Slow Cooker Moscow Chicken
Meh. I was just looking for a recipe to use up some extra chicken thighs I had so I thought I try this. The chicken was tender and moist. It fell off the bone. I just don't think the flavor popped. Maybe if I added more garlic cloves or ginger or added something else complimentary. It wasn't bad, just not great.

Chef John's Quick Cassoulet
I was looking for recipes to season my new cast iron skillet and I am so glad I came across this one. I wouldn't change a thing. I have another cassoulet recipe that calls for breakfast sausage so I may attempt to use that instead of the smoke sausage the next time I cook this. It smells so good while your cooking it you can't wait for it to be done. It is a little time consuming but it was cold and rainy today so it was a prefect way to stay busy indoors. It was delicious and I will most certainly be making this again.
