I used this recipe with some tweaks based on suggestions from other reviewers. I used 3/4 c. white sugar and 1/4 c. brown sugar, mashed the bananas, and added 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon. I baked it at 325 for an hour, 20 mins. It was perfection! Moist on the inside with a little crunch in the outside. I am notorious for attempting to bake for my fiancé and screwing up royally. This recipe was so quick, easy, and fool-proof. He absolutely loved it, and I shocked myself it was so good!
