Spinach Casserole
Needed Parmesan cheese on top. I also doubled the spinach. For the reviewer who said the cottage cheese didn't mix in, fat free cottage cheese won't mix in well. If you add a higher fat cottage cheese to the hot pasta and cook the spinach first, it should be fine.

Easy Pizza Sauce III
I added a dash of red pepper flakes and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar - fantastic! I'll never buy pre-made sauce again

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
A keeper! I substituted Splenda for the sugar & used slightly less (I think it's sweeter than sugar, I don't care what the advertisement says!) and I substituted raspberry vinegar for the white vinegar. I also toasted the almonds and sesames seeds together in a 350 degree oven & sprinkled on top. Next time, I'll coat the spinach with the dressing and sprinkle everything else on top so that it doesn't fall to the bottom of the bowl.
