Spring Strawberry Salad with Chicken
Loved this! Changed it to make it Vegetarian friendly by using a non-chicken product which I baked first as per the product directions and then followed the recipe directions. I left out the goat's cheese because I don't care for it and served it over white rice. It was delicious. The flavor of the pecans, balsamic, and strawberry was fantastic. Can't wait to make again.

Easy Broccoli Quiche
Some other people have noted that this recipe has a few flaws and I wish I had taken note, before I made mine. 30 minutes is too short at 350 degrees. I ended up with my oven at 380 for the last 15 minutes and it took a total of about 45 minutes. I also would reduce the milk a bit next time. The flavor is good, but had I known how long it would take to cook through I would have started my dinner earlier.

Ice Cream Kolacky
I made this for a "World Cultures Day" at my daughter's school - she had "The Czech Republic". Although I felt they took a longer time than expected to prepare, I took another reviewer's advice and used French Vanilla ice cream. They turned out very tasty and one parent even told me they were her favorite dish of the day. I would consider that a success.
