Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2007
Awesome! A welcome change from the usual dips. I thought the cilantro would be over powering but it wasn't. I also used this as a sauce for fish, as recommended, and it was great.

Bananas Foster Chimichangas

These were a huge hit for a Mexican Fiesta pot luck. A bit time consuming but worth the effort.

St. Louis Pork Steaks

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2006
A neat change from the usual BBQ chops. I added a few drops of liquid smoke, as recommended by another reviewer, and about 1/4 cup of scallions (green onions)for a bit of extra flavor. I soaked the chops for about two hours in the marinade. If you like vinegar you will like these.

Chocolate-Caramel Tortillas

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2004
This was fun and very easy! Reminds me of a popular candy bar. My boys LOVED them. I'm giving this recipe a five because it was exactly what I was looking for, yummy and easy! Even better the next day!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2003
This recipe is one of my favorite. Everyone loves it. I have had better luck using my aluminum pan rather than a dark pan that has teflon coating because of the amount of chocolate. Turns out great every time in an aluminum pan. Great for bake sales because it's easy, quick, and everyone loves it.

Margarita Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2002
This cake disappeared in a day. It had a great citrusy taste, the frosting being the most flavorful. Not as margarit-ee as I had hoped but still an excellent recipe and one I will use again. Very easy and worth a try.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2002
This was so easy and very tasty. My one year old stayed at the table so he could help me eat my serving. I used dry onion soup mix and a beef bullion cube mixed with 1 1/3 cups of hot water to sub for the condensed french onion. A great addition to my "once a week" meals. Thanks!
