I'm a terrible cook, so I wanted something easy and hard to mess up. Cue this recipe. I read the other reviews and tweaked mine accordingly. I didn't use celery, green pepper, or horseradish - partly because I didn't already have them and partly because I was just in the mood for plain and simple, traditional cole slaw. I also used half apple cider vinegar and half white vinegar. It turned out great! I sliced the cabbage myself (didn't use shredded cabbage), so it was thicker/wider and longer than the shredded kind, which made it hearty - my favorite kind! Yum. Great recipe!
