Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2012
Really great recipe! I added snap peas because I love them. I also added some hot oil to give it a little more kick. (We like spicy stuff!) Will make this again.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Tried this out today. Definitely cut down the sugar and chocolate like everyone else says. They're still rich even when you do. I like the end result. Notes: White chocolate is easier to work with than milk and semi-sweet. Also, dipping these can be rough, because they start melting quickly. I found it better to just drizzle them instead. It's a good recipe.

Love this recipe. Was looking for something I could make with ingredients I already had in the house. These were perfect! Great sugar cookie.

Chicken Katsu

My husband loved this. Me, having had katsu before didn't as much. I guess it was a lot of work for something somewhat mediocre. Treat for the husband for sure.

I love this recipe! My husband loves them. I love that you can play with different flavors. These are great. I add nuts to some. This is a keeper.

My husband loved this one. Used the ranch mix in the sour cream, finely crushed the corn flakes. It was a big hit. This ones a new family favorite.

I made this somewhat by recipe. Fresh mushrooms, Club cracker bread crumbs, fresh garlic, fresh onions, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and butter. My husband loved them.

Pecan Crescent Cookies

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
My family loves these cookies. Every holiday meal, someone would pay a baker to make these for the event. Not anymore. Followed the recipe exactly, except while the cookies were still warm I rolled them in the powdered sugar, the heat kind of melts it on and gives it a great flavor.
