I've lived in Kansas, Cesena (Italy), Ifrane (Morocco), Bethlehem (West Bank, Palestine), and now New York. My grandmother is from Louisiana so I am also familiar with Southern/Cajun cooking. Of all the cuisines I have been exposed to, Italian is one of my favorites :-)
Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Great recipe. However, you may want to go easy on the tobasco and Worcestershire sauce if you're not into super-spicy dishes. I also leave the Italian sausage out.
