Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2005
A wonderful recipe! I made apple cinnamon, banana nut, and cheese (only added 2 Tble sugar for this one and served with chili). I will use this all-purpose recipe often.

Angel Food Cake III

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2005
This is really good and quite easy to make. I baked it for 30 minutes and it was just right. Next time, I am going to try using half Splenda and half sugar as another reviewer did.

Pasta Bake

Very good; I will make this again. The only change I made was to add a little green pepper. Next time, I might add some garlic powder too.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
I love these cookies! They did spread a good bit but remained chewy. I am making more this week and will add this to my "cookies to make for the holidays" collection.

Chocolate Refrigerator Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2004
These cookies are really good. I used part margarine and part shortening (instead of all shortening). The dough was kind of soft even after refrigerating overnight but still well worth baking. I will send this recipe to my family and friends (along with a note of where it came from).

Angela's Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2004
This was pretty good. I would use chicken broth in place of the water next time.

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2004
This was delicious. I used garlic powder in place of garlic salt and a small can of mushroom pieces, drained in place of the fresh mushrooms (since I didn't have any fresh ones on hand). I think baking at 350* would probably be better than stove top cooking though.

Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
This soup was delicious. Hubby and I both loved it and I plan to make it often. The only change I made was that I used a one pound can of stewed tomatoes in place of the fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce.
