Saltimbocca alla Pollo

This was delicious! Listening to other reviews, I did not add any salt and I put provolone inside the rolls. I would make another recommendation, too. When the chicken is browned, I would remove it from the pan, use some of the wine to de-glaze, then add the cornstarch (I use flour) to make a roux to begin the sauce. Then add the rest of the wine and some chicken broth. Cook until the sauce starts to thin and return chicken to pan.

Butterfly Honey Pork Fillets

This was excellent. I used about half of the Worcestershire and used an even amount of honey. Delicious! Definitely a keeper.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

This was delicious! Totally not as heavy as you would think with the heavy cream - I think the lemon lightens it up. Few changes made were: minced fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper vs. lemon pepper; and I did de-glaze with wine. I also upped the cream amount to make more sauce. This will definitely be a staple in our house!

Banana Banana Bread

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This is delicious. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I used fresh onion instead of onion soup and I liked it better that way (less salty.)

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

This was delicious! My whole family (including kids) loved it. I didn't do it exactly as stated, though. I removed the chicken from the pan after browning, deglazed with the wine, made a roux (I needed more butter) and then added Chicken Broth, before returning chicken to pan. Not sure if this changed the recipe, I may try it the original way next time.

Easy Chicken Cutlets with Apples

This was DELICIOUS! Definitely a keeper. I used a red delicious apple because that was what I had on hand, but I could see how the Granny Smith would add some tart to the sweetness. Will use one next time.
