Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2013
Delicious! Made as written, but with chicken parts because that was what I had and it still worked. Makes delicious chicken salad with the leftovers the next day!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 21, 2013
So this was tasted good and maybe if I get some suggestions, I can give it 5 stars. This was my first cheesecake ever, so I have nothing to go off of. My cheesecake did cook up over the top of the pan and cracked. As it cooled, it sank to the height of the pan. I did not put my springform pan in a cookie sheet or baking dish since the recipe did not state that. I even checked because I always make a pie that way. I did not watch the video first, sorry. Should I have also put water in there as well as other reviewers have written? Also - I would pre-cook the crust for about 5 minutes or so, just to get a crunchier consistency, but that could be a personal preference thing.

Pesto Chicken Penne Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2012
I liked it, but the family thought it was just ok and a little too rich. So, unfortunately, we won't be making again.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: May 30, 2012
I don't add the red pepper flakes since the sausage is spicy enough. But, that is a personal preference. Yes, I do sprinkle parmesan cheese on it, too.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Delicious! I added a little cooking sherry to de-glaze the pan, but really great on its own.

Easy Chicken Cutlets with Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2011
This was DELICIOUS! Definitely a keeper. I used a red delicious apple because that was what I had on hand, but I could see how the Granny Smith would add some tart to the sweetness. Will use one next time.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
This was delicious, even better than the chinese restaurant. I did make some of the changes suggested by others. I used 1/4 c each of the teriyaki and the honey and heated those in the microwave for 30 seconds before putting in the wok together with a teaspoon of fresh ginger before returning the chicken. This was the just the right amount of sauce for 3 chicken breasts. I used broccoli just because that is preferred in our house.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
This is delicious. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I used fresh onion instead of onion soup and I liked it better that way (less salty.)

Spinach Bacon Quiche

This is delicious. I don't put the cheese on top as it tends to burn in my oven for some reason.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
This was delicious! Totally not as heavy as you would think with the heavy cream - I think the lemon lightens it up. Few changes made were: minced fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper vs. lemon pepper; and I did de-glaze with wine. I also upped the cream amount to make more sauce. This will definitely be a staple in our house!

Quinoa Vegetable Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Made it almost exactly as written, used less balsamic because I like the fresh taste of the cilantro and mint. I think you could use whatever veggies you have on hand if you wanted. This makes A LOT, so good for a pot luck or a party, or if you have a large family.
