Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Super easy! I added crushed red peppers during cooking the sausage. Also I used 1/2 cup of half and half and 2 cups of milk.

Jose's Shrimp Ceviche

Excellent! I added a few cloves of minced garlic and one sliced up avocado to this recipe, the avocados stay green and firm thanks to the acid from juice. Thank you!

Gazpacho Salad

Delicious! and Fresh! I made the same way but added 1 green onion as well. Instead of the parsley I used fresh cilantro to the dressing and added some chopped cilantro in the salad as well. Added a package of Athenos feta cheese, Yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Scrumptous and easy to make! I used a lot less hot sauce as my kids would be eating it too. I just added more hot sauce to my tacos...was sooo good!

Ground Beef Curly Noodle

Ive made this a few times when its time for me to go shopping again and all I have is ground beef left. I laughed when I saw what EMENDEZ wrote, if they can screw this up that bad, they shouldn't be cooking! Thanks for the recipe anyhow!

Breakfast Casserole III

I used Hash browns O'Brien to make it easier and it tasted a lot better too. So much easier when you want a good breakfast just don't want the mess and lengthy cooking time either. Will definitly make again.

Baked Tilapia

This was good, but I used a half bag of frozen colored bell peppers to add color and just thawed before putting in oven, also used tomato sauce instead of paste. Will make again.
