Had to add an egg and breadcrumbs because they were not holding together. Added garlic for extra flavor. The sauce was a little bland but my 3 y/o gobbled it up!

Roasted New Potatoes

Garlicky Green Beans with Mushrooms

So yummy! I accidentally overcooked my green beans so make sure they are crunchy! I used baby bella mushrooms, so good!

Garlic Butter

Needed a bit more garlic flavor. I would add a dash of cayenne for a kick next time. Overall, a decent switch to traditional garlic butter. We served this on top of rib-eye steaks.

Meatball Nirvana

Words can not even express how good these were! Absolutely love the simplicity and ease of this recipe! next time, I will add fresh garlic and mince the onions a bit smaller other than that it was perfect as written.

Taco Pasta Salad

Wanted a new change for a picnic salad, this was perfect...with some modifications! I made a mistake and bought green onions but figured they would still be great with the salad! I also could not see using green peppers or raw onions so I just used the green onions. I added ranch and crushed doritos and mixed together. Everyone had some on their plate! Thanks, Gert for the idea!

Dreamy Fruit Dip

I followed this recipe to the "T". It was not what I was expecting. I was hoping for a more marshmallow-y flavor but this was more of a cream cheese taste. It was still good just not 5 stars in my opinion.

Delectable Marinated Chicken

good marinade! I baked my chicken rather than grilled. I think I will grill it next time! I left out the sesame seeds, used only 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke, and garlic pwder adding sea salt and fresh ground pepper!

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

I loved this marinade! Half way through, I realized I was out of a lot of the ingredients such as mustard powder and hot sauce but I not sure that would had made a big difference. The garlic and ginger combo was so yummy!

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

Love these! Out of cider vinegar but balsamic worked fine with a teaspoon of brown sugar added. I loved the crunch of broiled brown sugar, what a treat!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I rarely give out 5 stars but this recipe is truly deserving! Delicious and easy! I did not have any yogurt except Yo Toddlers (baby yogurt) so I subsitituted 1/2 cup of milk. I imagine the yogurt would be even better with the nice tang! Can't wait to make again!

Pumpkin Spice Bread

Very tasty! The whole house smelled good enough to eat! My only thing was I used applesauce instead of oil and the texture was gummy. Next time, I will stick with the oil as written.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

I liked this recipe. It was a good basic recipe. I did half this recipe and still got 12 pancakes out of it. My batch were a little thin and the batter runny but still yummy!

Best Ever Banana Bread

The best ever banana bread??? Heck ya! This bread rocked! Super moist, super easy, and super yummy! As usual, I try to stick to the original recipe since I don't have time to tinker around but I did add vanilla and cinnamon for an extra pop of flavor.

Butter Roast Chicken

I was expecting more flavor and was only tasting butter. I would definitely recommend 1/4 cup butter and maybe some fresh grarlic. It was just lacking in flavor.

A good and easy chili recipe. I prefer mine with chunky veggies so maybe a more chunkier salsa. I topped off with cheddar and green onions. Yummy!
