Made these ribs as per the recipe and they were delicious and definitely fall off the bone! Had everything on hand except only had thai sweet chili sauce, so used that instead. Did not "stand ribs on end" or have to broil in the oven like some of the reviewers had stated. Because of a time crunch and needing to prepare ahead of cook day,I cooked the ribs in the oven, prepared the sauce and put the ribs and sauce in 2 large ziploc bags. Placed in the fridge until 2 days later and put in the slow cooker in the morning. Absolutely delish! Will use this recipe again and again.
