Healthier Oven Roasted Potatoes

My husband gave it 5 stars but I give it 3 because the red peper flakes over powered the other seasoning. And to me these were really hot! Will make again without the pepper flakes

Pumpkin Bars I

Very good for this time of the year! These are excellent. Very Very moist and cake like. Sooo good with cream cheese frosting. I dble batch and put in a 9x13 pan and an 8x8 pan so I can some to daughters.

Banana Cake VI

husband gave it a 9 out of 10. He said very rich and he can only eat small portions at a time. I might use a different frosting the next time to tone down the richness. Like use a recipe that calls for 3 oz of cream cheese versus the 8 oz

Eggnog Fudge

Even if you don't care for eggnog this is a winner. But it does burn easy so grease that pan or you will be scrubbing your fingers to the bone to get the burned sugar off the bottom....even with constant stirring

Marinated Flank Steak

My husband and I both enjoyed. Meat was tougher than I care for even after 24 hours in the marinade. Might use better cut next time around.

Banana Cake X

When it came out of the oven I thought, another dried out cake. Wow to my surprise this is amazingly moist. I used a carmel glaze. But the cake would have stood on it's own with powder sugar sprinkled on top or plain! Thanks for this recipe!

Seven-Up™ Sheet Cake

I took 45 minutes to thicken the frosting. Started on number 3 and ended on 4.5 on electric stove to get this to thicken. And as for the cake as it cooled it sunk and shriveled up. Frosting very sweet. But taste good. Labor intensive frosting and I will see what pple say tonight about it

Fruit Filled Cheesecake

HELP!! After removing the pan the cheesecake looked like an earthquake had struck. I did everything according to directions with one exception and that was I only left it set in refrig for 6 hrs instead of over night. Does anyone know why this may have happened? I am wondering if I should have kept it in the oven longer that and hour. Extremely good and I love the crust. Was beautiful up until removing from pan and cutting into it. Still a 5 star
