Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
this really had no taste--I could fool with it and doctor it up but why bother when there are so many great marinades on this site. I followed the recipe exactly and was very unimpressed.

Wow--everyone loved this one. Only change I made was to mix about 1`cup of the sauce with the pasta before layering the dish---really really good!

good basic recipe--I used fat free 1/2 & 1/2 for the milk and it was rich and creamy. I also doubled the amount of tuna.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2004
Great recipe but it needs a little salt in the sweet potato mixture. I usually make the sweet potato mixture the day before and then sprinkle the topping on and bake the next day (1 less thing to do on thanksgiving!)

Muenster Chicken and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2004
This was excellent--I marinated the chicken in buttermilk for about an hour prior to coating in breadcrumbs(panko mixed with parm cheese and some seasoning). We dislike mushrooms so left them off and next time I will shred the cheese rather then use slices.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2003
My family wasn't wild about this one. I'd make it again but would add a tablespoon of sugar and some chedder cheese to add some more flavor. It wasn't bad just sort of bland.

Beer Batter Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2002
Yuck! The batter did not stick to the fish--and it just made a huge mess in the pan. My kids hated it and my husband asked me not to make it again.
