I made this for my family the beginning of this week and was surprised at how easy it was to make. The only thing that took time was the simmering of the sauce, but hey, you could do other stuff during that time. The taste of the dish was pretty good except I think I messed it up by using Hot NY Italian sausage (don't do that), I should have used the sweet sausage. There was enough ingredients to make two pans. I assembled like this: 1st layer - Meat sauce-noodles-ricotta-mozzarella-meats sauce-parm. 2nd layer - Noodles-ricotta-mozzarella- meat sauce-parm. Top layer - Noodles-ricotta-mozzarella-parm
