Wonderful, I was worried about the pie crust not being cooked first but it turned out great. This recipe is better than I expected. The whole family loved it, even my son who hates nuts devoured as much as I would let him.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

kids liked it. Quality of hamburger used in this recipe makes a big difference in the flavor. I wouldn't use 6 month old freezer meat, save that for your tacos :)

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

This recipe is great! I tried adding cooked bacon pieces and that made for a good brunch-lunch main dish. The kids love it both ways! I'll never eat boxed Au Gratin again.
