Japanese Okonomiyaki
This recipe is quite incredibly simple but oh so good. I've made it twice so far, each time using the exact recipe for the batter but modifying the protein and toppings that I put in it slightly, and both times the okonomiyaki ends up tasting quite good. This one is definitely a keeper. Thank you for sharing this.

Avocado Dessert
This is amazingly good. What I used to do was mixing the avocado with chocolate syrup, a bit of water, and ice cubes, but the chocolate tended to overpower the avocado taste. I used this recipe without adding vanilla, and it was just perfect. Thank you for sharing this. :)

Annemarie's Lemon Bars
I like lemon bars with just the right combination of tartness and sweetness, and this is pretty much it! I agree with the other reviewers that one batch of filling was too much crust and not enough filling, so I made one batch crust and two batches of filling. I also added just a 1/2 tablespoon more of lemon juice, plus almost two lemons worth of lemon zest. The zest really adds the "fresh lemon" taste that I was hoping for. I think next time I make this, I will follow another reviewer's suggestion and adds a tablespoon more butter to the crust. Thank you for sharing the recipe, Ingrid!
