Butter Crescents

Very yummy! I made them in my bread machine on the dough cycle and they turned out wonderful! I am now using this recipe in place of pre-made crescent dough in other recipes.

Instant Rolls

Ick. I hate to give a bad review, but I want to spare others from making the same mistake. These rolls were incredibly heavy and dry. We'll stick to the butter crescent recipe instead!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

This recipe was FANTASTIC! We will definitely make it again. I made it with frozen tilapia fillets in my cast iron skillet and it turned out perfectly crunchy without having to deep fry it.

Raspberry Ice Cream

This was awesome! I used 3 cups of fresh, raw milk (including the cream) in place of the whipping cream and half-and-half, and it turned out great.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Very good! I froze the dough for about 45 minutes (as suggested in the reviews) and I didn't have any problems with it sticking. They crinkled beautifully. I will use more chocolate or some mint extract the next time that I make them, because they aren't quite as flavorful as I'd like. Other than that, they're great!
