Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Good - I used boneless pork chops and cooked for 45 minutes - I will make more sauce for dipping next time!! Yummy!

Jamaica Cake

Yummy! I, too, used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. Also 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup applesauce. It does need something on top so I think I'll use cream cheese icing as suggested earlier! Thanks for the recipe!

Fast Chicken Divan

Pretty good and fast! 2 of my 3 picky children ate it so I will definitely make it again. I added some minced onion, jack cheese and fried onions on top. I used 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 mayo as suggested by others. I also added 1/2 milk because I think I had more brocolli and chicken than called for. Delish!!

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

These muffins were just OK to me. I used fresh strawberries and they really didn't add any flavor - I would probably leave those out. I just thought they were kind of blah. Sorry!

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

This is easy and wonderful! All 3 kids and husband liked it! I used dried noodles, water with chicken bouillon cubes, onion salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Thanks for sharing it - it's a keeper!

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

These chops were so delicious - my husband said it was the best meal I've ever made and we've been married for 11 years!! I used town house and saltine cracker crumbs with italian seasoning and garlic powder. My kids loved it too!!

Comforting Cube Steaks

Delicious! I used 1 can beef consomme (sp?) instead of the cola and put sliced onion on top of beef before pouring the mixture over. Kids ate it up!! Served it over rice.

SOOO GOOD!! I used real chicken pulled off the bone and grated cheddar cheese and it was delicious!! My family loved it - I put extra cheese on the top for the kids!! Thanks!!

Kristy's Lasagna

I only put 2 tbl of italian seasoning and it was still too strong. My family thought it was ok but I won't make it again. Also, needs about twice as much cheese.
