Colorful Corn Chowder
I absolutely loved this chowder! The only thing different I did was to add more pepper and extra potato flakes to thicken it more. I will try the added bacon to it next time as suggested. This is definitely a comfort food.

Healing Cabbage Soup
Oh my! This is excellent! The only differences I made were to cut up some baby carrot (as suggested) that I had in the fridge, 3 stalks of celerey, 6-14 1/2 cans of broth and a whole head of cabbage. I used a can of Italian seasoned diced tomatoes. I'm eating it right now and on my second bowl. It is delicious!!! I left the seasoning the same. What a great recipe!

Italian Vegetable Soup
This was realy awesome! Even the kids liked it! I did have to add more water because it was too thick. I'm definitely trying this one again and will use a qt. of beef broth instead of water and bullion. Great recipe!!!
