Chicken Milano

This dish Is delish and so simple!!!!!!!!!!!! I did minor changes like I cut the chicken up into bite size pieces and just before the cream sauce was done I put the chicken in the cream sauce to heat through. When everything was finished I put the pasta in the sauce pan and let it sit for about 5 minutes so the pasta could suck up all the sauce! Its not to heavy either! You could also substitute parsley instead of basil, i think it would be even better with parsley. Would most defiantly make again !!

Banana Crumb Muffins

these were delish! I used gluten free flour though because my son has sensitives to gluten and they were delish! Im not sure why but the wernt really peaked on the top. is there a way to fix that?

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

This was good! I had to use BEEF BASE instead of bullion because I didnt have any. I didnt add any salt because Soy sauce has alot and Im not to big on salt. I served this over white rice, it was delish. I also use a top round roast steak and just cut it up. I waited to add the onions and peppers til the last 2 hours because I like my veggies crunchy. Will make again!!
