EXCELLENT! BUT...when I made them, the hardening during the three minute stirring period. I had to add more heavy cream and microwave them a few more minutes to get them runny again. Next time, I won't let them sit as long as the recipe states...YUM.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Icannot understand the negative reviews on this recipe! Mine came out just the right thickness, just the right softness, and the right flavor! My tollhouse cookies are always crispy and flat. These are wonderful! I think the people who got cakelike or hard cookies baked them too long. It's important to take them out no later than 12 minutes.

Cracker Pork Chops

Just ok. I thought they were kind of bland even though I added garlic and pepper to the crackers. Next time I would cook the pork chops plain and then coat and fry them. I don't like the water stage, found it made the crackers crispy on the outside but soggy on the inside.

Cocktail Meatballs

Wonderful! I made a double recipe for an xmas party and they were gone in minutes. I added quite a bit of garlic powder to the meatballs and also substituted onion powder for onions because I was short on time. There were so good that I made them the same way as a main course for dinner the other night and we ate them over egg noodles.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

YUM. What else can I say? Oh, I add a little more onion and some garlic powder. We're garlic freaks and it helps make it a little more savory and not overly sweet.

Dora's Christmas Cookies

!!!!The best sugar cookie recipe I have ever found!!!! Just the right sweetness, just the right tenderness. Easy to roll out once I added a bit of flour before rolling. Thanks so much Dora, I've been looking for the perfect christmas cookie for years and you've found it for me!!!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

These were alright. My son did not like them much which was a surprise. I added onions and some garlic salt to the mix in order to spice it up but still feel it was too sweet for a main meal.

Mom's Buttermilk Cookies

These were excellent! The whole batch was gone in three days. I would add a bit more vanilla to the frosting because it tasted a bit too much like confectionary sugar. However, I will be making them again this weekend. Really recommend.
