White Peach Sangria

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
I made this for the first time this weekend. I doubled this recipe for a girls night with 9 ladies, which was just the right amount. I made it with peach schnapps instead of the vodka. Per other reviewers, I did not use as much sugar. I used frozen peaches, grapes and added pears and apples. I let it sit overnight in the refrigerator and before serving added the 1:1 ratio of seagrams ginger ale. It actually tasted a lot like a moscato d'asti, which most of my guests really like. Good recipe - will make again!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2013
Made this for Christmas and was a huge hit! I make a few variations. I use 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, 1/2 C ranch dressing, 1/2 C Franks redhot buffalo wing sauce, 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese, 2 cans swanson chicken. I heat all the ingredients together in a pan on the stove and mix it together. Then place in 9x13 dish and sprinkle on top a little bit of cheddar cheese and bake as stated on the recipe. We use scoops chips for dipping. Amazing!!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
I have made this cake multiple times to rave reviews. It is so easy and looks stunning too! I make just a few changes - use Betty Crocker devil's food cake mix, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 6oz. bag of semi-sweet morsels (not the mini ones). once the cake is cool, I drizzle Duncan Hines Amazing Glazes in chocolate and finish it with raspberries around the cake. Yummy!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
This is for those of you who forget to make this casserole the night before. I make it the day of serving and it tastes just as good. The changes I make are 1/4 tsp salt, adding 1/4 tsp pepper, 6 eggs, 1 and 1/2 cups whole milk, 8 slices white bread, cubed and not toasted. I also add scallions. Chill 2-3 hours in the refrigerator and bake it in a 9x13 at 325 for 30min covered. Then uncover and bake an additional 30min. Always a hit - enjoy!
