Pan Fried Daikon Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
Wow! Who would have thought that a "radish" would taste this good! The whole family loved this dish. I've been told I can fix this anytime. I served it with chili sauce/mayo mix that was good on it.

Spicy Basil Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
Very good dish. It ended up not being spicy since I didn't use chili oil and just used 2 dried peppers. But that's okay for my family. They even said I could fix it again. :)

Black Treacle Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
This was my first real scone recipe to try. I am thrilled with the results. The only thing I did that wasn't in the recipe was make a cinnamon glaze to pour on the top for just a little added sweetness. I didn't think they were heavy but I've only had a scone once before so didn't know what to expect. Since the butter I used had softened up quite a bit when I cut it into the dry, I put the mixture into the fridge for a while to chill before I added the milk. I will def. be making these again.

Lemon Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Delicious and embarrassingly easy to make, even going with homemade graham crust and real whipped cream for the top. Will definitely be making this again and again. I made this again with lime juice. Also good. It took more that 1/2 cup juice but I don't think my limes were that great.

Spicy Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
I really wish I would have found this recipe here and read the reviews first. I found it elsewhere and followed the recipe to a T. I didn't have any problem with it setting up or anything. My candy thermometer read lower than soft-ball stage but the cold water test said it was ready. I based it on the cold-water and it set up nicely. The taste however was not what I expected. Where's the pumkin?? All I could taste was butterscotch and sugar. I might try this again without the butterscotch.

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
I love this recipe! It always gets compliments and a recipe request. Plus, since the shop that I first tried cinnamon pc at is now closed, it's so nice to be able to make my own. Plus this is sooo easy!! 5 stars for sure!!!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
Love this recipe. After fixing broccoli like this a few times and then not taking the extra minutes to fix this way and serving it plain, my kids where not happy with me. Thanks for sharing.

Bierock Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
This is one of the "new recipes" I've tried that my husband has asked for again. Plus my daughters and a friend of theirs that don't like sauerkraut really like it. I took other reviewers suggestions and add mush soup to the beef along with some spices. I also put some cheese under the top crust. Next time I will try with about 1/2 pound sausage. It's even good re-heated.
