Southwestern Style Fifteen Bean Soup

We loved this recipe. I used ham rather than bacon and bell pepper rather than chilis. It was great. Definitely will make again.

Cornbread Salad

I love this recipe. I substituted a taco seasoning packet in place of the Ranch dressing and it added an all new flavor. I like the taste of the taco seasonings better.

Pepperoni Bread

I used crescent rolls and sealed the edges with a rolling pin. Next time I will double the ingredients because the bread overpowered the filling. I served it with marinara sauce for dipping. I will make this again.

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

My husband and I ate at the restaurant in St. Louis 10 years ago shortly after we married. This recipe takes us back to that night. It is very similar, the only component lacking is the quaint Itailian environment. We loved it.

Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

This recipe is delicious. I did change the meringue. Use 4 egg whites and beat until stiff then add a jar of marshmallow cream. It is beautiful.

This was great. The dough is great. I used rapid rise yeast and just added it in with the dry ingredients. It skips the step of dissolving in warm water.

Peanut Butter Cookies IX

These are delicious cookies. I only had medium eggs and all-purpose flour. I used 2 medium eggs instead of 1 large and they were very moist. The cookies were even better the second day. Will make again and recommend to friends.
