Johnsonville Italian Meatballs
Made these meatballs with the only modifications being that I used Jimmy Dean's Ground Sausage, used Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers instead of bread crumbs and added some garlic powder. They were fantastic! Next time I'm going to use turkey sausage, Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese, and enriched or whole wheat pasta noodle to make the meal more on the healthier side. ; )

Lower Fat Banana Bread II
This banana bread is FANTASTIC! I combined advice from other reviewers, used 1/3 cup light brown sugar and used about 1/6 cup of Splenda. Instead of the applesauce I used Light Greek Yogurt, reduced the 1 Tbs of Vanilla to 1 Tsp, and added cinnamon to taste. I baked the bread on the rack below the middle for 50 minutes and it came out perfectly...very moist. I also made sure when I was combining the dry ingredients with the wet, that I didn't over-mix it.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
These turned out AMAZING! I added 1/4 more flour and peanut butter like others suggested, and omitted the salt because I used salted butter instead. I used crunchy peanut butter and added dark chocolate chips, cooked it at 375 for 10 minutes...PERFECTION! I tried them the next day and they were still soft & chewy, not hard at all.
