Hanky Pankies
Easy and tasty. Didn't really measure my onion or cheese, just eyeballed it. Made my own cheese sauce using cheez whiz, parm, cheddar, and herb and garlic cream cheese melted together with some cream. I think I'll try adding canned tomatoes to the leftovers for a topping on pasta. Might also add some chili powder or cayenne for a bit of kick next time. Thanks for a great new idea for sausage!

Sassy Steak Marinade and Sauce
Wasn't totally sure about how this marinade was going to turn out (smelled interesting) but actually tasted great! Didn't pierce the steaks, just marinated over night then grilled them for dinner, and they were tender and flavouful. Also, skipped the part with the mushrooms as hubby doesn't particularly care for them. I'm sure we'll be using this one again :)

Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake
Good, but not fantastic. I think next time I will double the filling (or half the cake), but reduce the sugar as hubby and I both prefer our rhubarb more tart than sweet. Also, for the topping I might sub brown for the white sugar and add cinnamon as others have suggested. Just a hint for the layer of batter on top of the filling - the batter is rather thick so spreading is a bit of a challenge, but if you just glob it on randomly and then flatten your globs a bit with a spoon (you will still see quite a bit of filling uncovered) it really does bake up nicely to cover the filling.
