Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
Loved it! Added 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese to the final skillet to give it the creamy texture I wanted. Also added sautéed mushrooms, onions, and used a cup and a half of the broth. Came out perfect!

Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
I loved this recipe I did not have chili powder so I used bar-b-que seasoning and red pepper flakes and they were great. Fall off the bone tender. One word to the wise use aluminum foil. What a mess my baking sheet is.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
Made this a couple times and really loved it. Added a little cheddar cheese to it once and it was a nice compliment. Also added it to a pie crust and served it like a pot pie. EXCELLENT.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
I made this last night and it was delicious. I was a little short on Mozz cheese so I used a half Ricotta and half Mozz Cheese combo which really worked out great together. Mixed them together in a bowl before I speed it over the Eggplant. Quick easy and delicious!

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
I loved this recipe but I want to warn everyone about a few contradictions in it. If you read the cook time at top is says 2 hours for a 14 pound roast, but in the body of the recipe it calls for 20 minutes a pound or 4 1/2 hours. Then if you read the reviews everyone calls for cooking it for 15 minutes a pound instead of 20. Follow the recipe but cook it for 15 minutes per pound and keep an eye on your thermometer. It only took me about 2 1/2 hours to get to temperature on a 12 pound beast it should have been at least 3. Great recipe but confusing instructions

Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
This was amazing. I took the recommendation of one of the reviewers below (MDGATOR81), and marinated the Bacon Wrapped shrimp in Sweet Baby Ray's (or whatever you like) for a couple hours in the fridge. then I put them in the basket on my counter top Rotisserie BBQ grill and spun them into something ridiculous. They were so good! I would highly recommend this recipe and if you have a rotisserie device use it!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
Don't be afraid to put the yeast in the water like the recipe says it really works. Bread is lighter and better then I ever thought it would be. Making my 4th loaf in one week. Everyone who has tried it thinks it is better then any of the box mixes or the other recipes I have tried. Got a loaf in the machine right now.
