Banana Crumb Muffins
Delicious. The only change I made was adding some crushed walnuts to the mixture. I also plan to leave the crumb topping off and dip the muffins in it after they come out of the oven next time I make this. Most of the crumb mixture ran off the top of the muffins as they rose in the oven. I was able to get six large muffins out of the mixture.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Excellent. Of all the recipes for corned beef I've tried, this one was the best and simplest. The only changes I made was for the veggies. Instead of adding them in the oven at the end, I sauteed them on top of the stove in butter and added the pan drippings for extra flavor. Superb! This recipe will be a staple for future Saint Patties Day celebrations.

Indian Chicken Curry II
I used this recipe to make curry for the first time. I followed it exactly in measurements but decided to listen to some of the other reviews. I've actually never made an Indian dish that didn't call for cooking the dry herbs and seasonings first before adding the other ingredients so I found that weird. So I did that and added some fresh Cilantro right before serving which really picked up the flavor nicely. Before adding the cilantro it was kind of bland. The search continues.
