Ham and Bean Soup I

I skipped the sausage and used a ham bone I had left over from a spiral cut ham. Used a can of kidney beans and also added 1 1/2 cups of water since it seemed too thick. Then added elbow macaroni the last 1/2 hour. Fabulous. Will make this again!

Green Beans Italiano

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

As recommended in the reviews, I seasoned the veggies with thyme, salt, tumeric and a dash of cayenne pepper. then followed the recipe as written. Was very yummy and would make it again!

Curry Carrot-Leek Soup

Very good! I followed recipe and added garlic to sauté, doubled the curry, added freshly zested ginger prior to using my immersion blender and then served with a sprinkle of dill on top. Even my boys (8&9) loved it. Thanks!

Blue Cheese Burgers

These were the best burgers I have ever made. I didn't have Worcestershire Sauce so I used steak sauce instead and added 1 TBSP instead of tsp. Also, no chives on hand so I used 1 small chopped onion. Everyone raved, even my son who doesn't like blue cheese!

Green Chile Spinach Quiche

Seriously delicious! I made this for a church function and it was a hit. I didn't use the pie crusts, I just baked it in my rectangular casserole dish. I did add about 12 ounces of diced green chilis per other reviews and it could've even had a little more spice. Next time I might try shredded pepper jack cheese instead of the colby jack for a little extra kick. I highly recommend this!!
