Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2012
It was a good recipe but I was really hoping that the cookies would be chewy. The cookies weren't hard but they weren't chewy like I wanted them to be. Maybe it's because I modified the recipe and used butter instead of shortening. I made the sugar coating purple by putting the sugar in a container with food coloring and then shaking it. They had a nice appearance! Only minus a star because they aren't chewy. They definetly make 4 1/2 dozen cookies.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2011
The crust was really good tasting. Unlike other crusts, it wasn't so dry that you had to use a bunch of techqniques to get it in a pan... I simply picked it up and dropped it in. I'd definetly recommend this to anyone for any pie. It isn't too sweet or salty. It is perfect and if I were you, I'd use it too.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
This is a good recipe if you like dark chocolate. I didn't pay attention to the description. This is a BITTER SWEET cake not sweet. Besides the fact that it was bitter (a little bit) it was okay. If you don't like the bitterness, that I suggest to hose it down with vanilla ice-cream. If you are a mad scientist, try making it with way less cocao because you don't need cocoa AND chocolate chips. Somebody please respond if you experimented with the WAY LESS COCOA. Thanks! :)

Churros

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
this is a great recipe. i would definetly do this. although don't use as much oil its wasteful. use like 3 cups or less and only put in 3 churros at a time. the churros may look boring without ridges but they sure do taste good! :)

this is a good recipe. it is missing something critical though. its bready and soft but tasteless. jam on the side will help.

Chicken and Spinach Ravioli

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
i have made this recipe twice now. its great. i dont use the filling recipe part just the dough. i tweaked it so i put all the flour and salt in and make a whole in the middle, add the eggs beat them in. Since it will be too dry add water, i normally use less. for filling i use ground beef with tomato sauce. i cook it until not pasty. it tastes great this way too.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
this is a great recipe. i cook it and it comes out perfect every single time. i would suggest using more flour if the dough is too sticky. this is the best recipe. it looks hard but once you do it it seems easy because it is. let it rise for a better outcome. TRY IT TODAY. it is really easy.
