Crusty French Rolls

Would give it more stars if I could. The best roll recipe on the site for sure! Simple and tasty. Just like Joe's American Bar and grill bread, just smaller!

Was really tasty! Everyone loved it. I added ginger to the marinade and a dash of red cayenne pepper. To the sauce some red pepper flakes. Next time I think I'll reduce the brown sugar a little bit. It was a little too sweet for me. But my hubby and daughter didn't complain.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Yum! Perfect dough and was so easy to roll and then cut. I brushed the tops when done with melted butter mixed with a drizzle of honey to really emphasize the flavor.

Cinnamon Pinwheels

I love this recipe and have been making it every year for the past 5 years at least, maybe longer! Only thing that I do different is before baking I dredge the cookies in a cinnamon sugar mixture and then place a baking sheet. It gives the cinnamon flavor an extra kick!

Lemon Blueberry Bread

I didn't change anything in this and out of the two quick breads I baked for my party, this one was eaten first. It was moist with a great lemon flavor.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

This was a big hit at my party! I added some pepper and garlic salt to the flour before dipping the chicken in. And I used egg beaters instead of regular eggs to save time. To the actual sauce I added a healthy dose of crushed red pepper. It certainly had a zing to it!

Easy Mexican Casserole

I followed the recipe and while it tasted ok, the consistency was weird. Kind of like mush. My husband didn't seem to notice and went back for seconds so it was a hit there. I just wasn't a big fan and probably will look for a different recipe next time.
