Halibut with Rice Wine
Absolutely delicious! The flavors were sweet, Asian, yummy. Think of teriyaki, but then take in a slightly different direction. Very nice. The great thing is that it works with a number of different fish: Halibut, Cod, Salmon, etc. Serve with rice to soak up that delicious sauce.

Blueberry Vodka Martinis
Delicious. I tucked the bottle into the back of the cupboard for about 2 weeks and the results were amazing. 2 parts of the finished blueberry vodka to 1 part of raspberry liquor, with a hint of lime, shaken with ice...refreshing and delicious. One tip, don't eat the blueberries after they've soaked in the vodka. They're kind of bitter at that point. All the goodness has gone into the vodka.

Eggplant Croquettes
These were amazing. You completely forget that you're eating vegetables (which, admit it, is a great thing with many vegetables). These were delicious and everyone at the table was trying to get as many as they could without seeming rude. Awesome!
