Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

I LOVE this dressing. Use a good quality blue cheese (I use Maytag)...don't buy the already crumbled....and you won't even notice the mayo. I've been searching for great blue cheese dressing, and this is it! Also, be sure to let the dressing blend for 24 hours. It's so simple and uses ingredients that I usually have on hand. Delicious!

Blue Cheese Ball

Even my daughter who doesn't eat cheese liked this! I rolled into 2 logs and toasted the pecans first.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I LOVED this pie...I rarely make apple pies because mine usually don't turn out as good as Mrs. Smith's frozen apple pie, but, this was better! I poured half the good goo over the apples, then used a regular top curst. I cut 2 large slits in the top crust and poured the rest of the sugar mixture over the top crust. It looked great and tasted even better. Thanks!
