Applesauce Bars
Yummy! These are so easy to make & so moist & delicious. I did not change the recipe at all and they came out perfect. The only thing I did was take them out of the oven after 20 minutes. I think 25 would've been too long. The icing on the top is delicious. Will definitely make them again.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Amazing! The first time I made it with the regular brownie mix, it was good. The second time I made it, I used a dark chocolate brownie mix and it was incredible! Super rich & delicious. A tip so it doesn't crack is to put it in a water bath & then let it sit in the oven with the door closed for an hour after it's done. No cracks!! I also did not cook the brownie for the whole time. I pulled it after 28 minutes and the result was perfection. Very fudge like, which is what my family likes. If you prefer it more crust like I guess you could bake it for the full 35 minutes.

Tomato and Garlic Pasta
AMAZING!!! It tasted better than at the restaurant I oredered it from the week before. Perfect to make in the summer when the tomatoes are so sweet. I did not add the tomato paste because I felt the tomatoes were sweet enough to stand on their own. I'm so glad I didn't use it, however, in the winter I may because the tomatoes aren't as good. My entire family ate it up and the kids were begging for seconds, and thirds! I also added an extra clove of garlic because we love it. Very good, so fresh! This recipe is a keeper.
