The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
yum this was so so so good!!! we love chili and i recently became a vegetarian and have been looking for a great recipe. i used zero meat and no meat substitutes, we had all veggies so i added a zucchini, a red bell pepper, an extra can of kidney beans and used only one jalapeno pepper. it was not too spicey at all, in fact i wish i had added more spice to it!!! the heat kind of increased as i ate more. loved it.

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes
I'll give it two stars for a great starting point but take 3 off for the salt content. It was through the roof for my family...but we don't add salt to most of our meals so I think we may be more sensitive to its flavor. I would like to make these again but with way less salt and maybe just a pinch of cinnamon sugar. I made this for my toddler and could not give them to her...the sodium worried me. They were light and fluffy as promised but all we could taste was salt.

Rich Green Bean Casserole
I made this tonight tweaking it a bit based off of some of the previous reviews comments and it was a major hit!!!! I added 3 cans of green beans versus two. Put a layer of french fried onions on the bottom and added a can of rotel tomatoes with chilies versus using the cajun seasoning. I did not add any salt, it didn't need it and I also used cream of mushroom instead of the cream of chicken. It was delicious!
