My cooking tragedies
When my husband says something is bad, then you know it is really bad. He will eat anything!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I made this exactly as called for and it made two large loaves. I did add chocolate chips to one loaf. I think the chocolate chips really took it over the top to make it five stars. The plain one was great, too. But isn't everything better with chocolate?

Creamy Taco Roll-Ups
This was quick and easy to make for a last minute get together. Followed the recipe exactly. If I did it again, I'd probably add a bit more filling and spread it among 10 tortillas instead of 12.

Simon and Garfunkel Pot Roast
I thought the addition of the water was unnecessary. Meats cooked for long periods in the crock pot tend to let out lots of juice, anyway. If I had more time, I would have tried to add some cornstarch or flour to thicken the gravy up. I did add red potatoes and carrots while cooking. It was just ok to me.
